We have 4 quality control lines for ensuring quality.
Quality Control Procedures
We check every item before it comes into our warehouse, and also do sample inspection for all materials. If any questions arise, we will reject them. During production, we will do sample injection on every process too. When finish, we do full inspection to check products one by one to guarantee high quality. In addition, our QC team will do a sample inspection again before goods come into our warehouse.

Procedures and Practices
In the beginning, we make design based on market necessary, the second, make the drawing,then pass the marketing departments approve, then open ourselves mould, it spends about 3 months, when finish the mould, we will make a trail production to check the whole product if perfect. If anything need improve, we will make the improvement again until everything is perfect.
